Each applicant is assessed on an individual basis. Our process is based on the skills, experiences and potential you can bring to the group. Also, because Profound is designed to expose members to a diverse set of thinking, we’ll be sure to include individuals with diverse backgrounds and experience across many industries.

We are limiting the program to 100 members total. This will allow the program to have diversity in thought and experience, while also keeping it small enough to build real, deep relationships with your fellow members.

This group is not only about growing business or climbing the corporate ladder. It is about giving you the tools to become a fulfilled and knowledgeable human across all aspects of life.

We will give you systems and processes to implement into your life. While the content is tailored to the topics our members are most interested in, you can expect a wide range of topics--from honing your leadership skills, personal finance, leveling up your company’s marketing, growing your personal brand and even emerging technology such as cryptocurrencies and NFTs. We want the content and topics discussed to accelerate your path to reaching your goals.

The four main events throughout the year are the optimal time to spark connections through shared experiences and learning. You’ll also have many other opportunities to build relationships as well, including small intimate gatherings during the year and our professional matchmaking service, designed to introduce you to the right people who can make a difference in your life and goals!

Yes! We’ll have a private Facebook group so members can have instant access to a shared space for brainstorming, idea-sharing, workshopping and just asking questions. This is a simple, yet powerful way to engage with the Profound community.

A yearly financial and time commitment. Membership fees will be reinvested into bringing in incredible speakers, hosting events at awesome venues, and producing smaller, curated, and cohort-based experiences built to help connect with your fellow members.

Because our members will all be from the Upstate New York area, 3 of the 4 major events throughout the year will be held in the very best venues our region has to offer. We want the amazing places and experiences our members enjoy to be appreciated right in our own backyards. The other main event will be a mind blowing experience outside of New York State. Think “ultimate vacation spot."

Our smaller events will happen throughout Upstate New York and virtually.

We understand that things come up, especially as you’re trying to build your best life! Because of that, ALL of our content is recorded and uploaded to the member’s portal so you never miss a moment. We will also livestream the meetings and intensives (technology permitting).

If your application is approved, you will be introduced to the group, our staff, and officially onboarded. We will send you a questionnaire to ensure we understand your goals and can stay focused on bringing you the content and relationships that will help you get there faster. You will also be added to our member portal on our website, where all of future content will live, and be introduced in the exclusive, members-only Facebook group.

Many of our members are business owners or executives that will be paying the membership fee through their company.
